Support Our Journey to Senior Level
Since joining forces at minor level in 2017, Skehana – Mountbellew/Moylough Hurling has grown from strength to strength, uniting and elevating the game across the communities of Skehana/Menlough and Mountbellew/Moylough.
Today, we proudly compete at ‘A’ level in many underage grades from U12 upwards, a testament to the dedication of our players, coaches, and volunteers. We field highly competitive adult teams at both Premier Intermediate and Junior levels, providing a clear pathway for our athletes to progress through the ranks.
Why We Need Your Help
To build on this incredible progress, we are launching this vital fundraising initiative. Every ticket purchased goes directly toward:
- Enhancing our Juvenile and Adult sections to ensure long-term success.
- Increasing coaching resources and supporting the overall development of our players.
- Achieving our ultimate goal: Reaching the senior level in Galway and putting our area firmly on the hurling map!
Your support helps us create the best possible environment for our athletes, giving more players the chance to represent themselves at the senior county level – just like our very own Oisin Lohan.
A community fundraiser should support the wider community so we are delighted to be partnering with Cancer Care West where a percentage of all fundraising proceeds will go to them.
Fundraising helps them to provide emotional, practical and residential support to people with cancer and their family and friends.
